Manage health care policy requirement changes, ensuring safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, traceability, and auditability;
Manage health care policy requirement changes, ensuring safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, traceability and auditability; Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of health care business analysis concepts, principles and technologies on SQL/Server, Oracle, Windows, LINUX and various platforms such as Cloud PaaS, SaaS; develop and maintain computerized record management system; create business requirement documents, functional specifications document, health care services Reports to health care clients including CMS (Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services) and focus on business process changes, improvements and requirements in the course of health projects ensuring that processes and procedures are considered in addition to technical requirements; Facilitate joint application development (JAD) sessions. Very thorough understanding of the following applications: Facets, Health Edge, JIVA Care Management, Medicaid Management Information Systems, Ariel UM Tool, Eloquence 4.2, Health Benefit Exchange (Benefind, Curam). Skills set: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Visio, SQL, UML, XML, Window s, MS DOS, SQL Server Management Studio, MS Access, Oracle.
Education and Experience Requirements
Master’s degree in Health Administration.
